 Reduce Compatibility Torsion In this video, we show you how to reduce the compatibility torsion in beam, so that you can design the beam economically. We use ACI 318M-19 code for beam design. We also show you how to apply theory in ETABS application. Once we reduce the torsion, the bending moment of the slab is increased. This is the effect of reduction of torsion of the beam.
